پناهجویان در برلین اعتصاب غذایشان را پایان دادند

آوارگانی که هفته ها است در برلین، در مقابل دروازه براندن بورگ تحصن کرده اند، روز یکشنبه به اعتصاب غذای ده روزه شان پایان دادند. اما آن ها اعلام کردند که به مبارزه برای بهبود شرایط زندگی شان ادامه می دهند.

شماری از پناهجویان از تاریخ 24 اکتبر در مقابل دروازه براندنبورگ در برلین پایتخت آلمان، در اعتراض به شرایط سخت زندگی و محدودیت هایی که بر آن ها اعمال شده، اجتماع کرده اند. آن ها حتی مدتی را نیز در اعتصاب غذایی به سر برده اند. برخی از این پناهجویان اعتصاب شان را از 23 نومبر از سر گرفته بودند. آوارگان که در سرما نیز به اعتراض شان ادامه می دهند از ایران، افغانستان و دیگر کشورها می باشند. آن ها از زمان طولانی رسیدگی به تقاضای پناهندگی شان، ممنوعیت خروج از شهر و یا منطقه ای که در آن زندگی می کنند، از دوردست بودن پناهگاه های محل زندگی شان، ممانعت از کار و همچنین از دریافت اجناس به جای پول شکایت دارند.

پناهجویان معترض از ایران، افغانستان و دیگر کشورها می باشند.

این پناهجویان برای فرار از سرما از جنراتور برق استفاده می کردند که گروه های حامی آوارگان در اختیارشان گذاشته بودند. یک دادگاه محلی روز 2 نومبر گفته بود که آوارگان معترض برای گرم کردن خود می توانند از یک بس مجهز به مرکز گرمی استفاده کنند که در اختیار آن ها گذاشته شده است و به این ترتیب آن ها اجازه استفاده از کیسه خواب و خیمه را ندارند. بس مجهز به مرکز گرمی اما روز جمعه (10 قوس/30 نومبر) به جای دیگری انتقال داده شده و دلیل آن تا به امروز مشخص نمی باشد.

چند روز پیش، یک طرح وزارت فدرال کار و امور اجتماعی آلمان در مورد اصلاحات در حقوق پناهندگان انتقادهای بسیاری را برانگیخت. میشایل هارتمن، یک سخنگوی حزب سوسیال دموکرات در پارلمان آلمان در مصاحبه ای با روزنامه آلمانی زود دویچه سایتونگ گفت: «دادگاه قانون اساسی آلمان براین تاکید کرده است که جیب خرجی پناهندگان نباید به منظور ترساندن و جلوگیری از آمدن آن ها به آلمان کاهش یابد». او در ادامه گفت که حکومت فدرال آلمان این قانون را نادیده می گیرد و جیب خرجی پناهندگان صرب و مقدونیه را کاهش داده است.

براساس طرح وزارت کار و امور اجتماعی، قرار است حقوق ماهانه پناهجویان با حقوق افرادی که کمک اجتماعی دریافت می کنند، همسطح شود. اما براساس این قانون کم کردن جیب خرجی پناهجویان آسان تر می باشد.

Racist Violence Against Migrants By Greek Police

Dozens of unknown incidents of racist violence, arbitrariness and abuse of office by members of the Greek Police are publish today in Sunday edition of news paper TO ETHNOS. Torture, insulting and even theft are the among the complaints filed by migrants and migrants human rights organisations.

A list of cases records the appalling detains of fascist practices by member of Greek police, practices that are completely ‘harmonized’ with the practices of extreme right Golden Dawn (Chrysi Avgi).

Among the cases under investigation by the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Police are: torture, insults of sexual dignity, theft, extortion, but also destruction of legal document.

From the preliminary results of the investigation, it looks as if in the majority of the incidents listed, the police officers involved apparently keep -in addition to a common mindset – also ‘loyal’ relations with the Golden Dawn.

Torture from other times

Not only insulted and mocked about their origin but they were tortured and humiliated. According to complaint by Pakistani community police officers at Egaleo blackened with pliers one migrant’s nails and cut off with scissors of another arrested. The policemen abused with vulgar racist jokes the two Pakistani nationals, who were detained.

Albanian woman with English passport beaten

The woman of Albanian origin had come for holidays in Greece. She visited Agios Panteleimon police station to declare the theft of her mobile phone. Instead, when they found she was of Albanian origin, police officers beat her. The incident was recorded by the Observatory of Police brutality.

Russian Beaten

The filed complaint was never published. Last June a Russian national filed a complaint via his lawyer that he had been beaten and was tortured by police officers of Piraeus and of the Police Headquarters.

Put migrants to beat each other

According to to the complaint, police officer  took her out of detention wards two prisoners, struck them with fists and kicks and put another prisoner to beats them. In response to the reaction of another prisoner to the event, the police officer took him out of the ward as well and bate him with punches in the face, while he was also routinely insulted them with racist expressions.

Police stormed a house where a foreigner was living and started to beat him in order to blackmail him. According to the complaint filed by the Movement “Uniting Against Fascist Threat”, the police threw him from the balcony!

Kicks because he was seeking work

At the junction of Thebes and Pelasgias, police of the DIAS units proceeded against migrants seeking for work.
Police officers stopped in front of an electronic shop where laborers seeking work. During the papers control of a foreigner, the police officer hit him with kicks and punches and insulted him.

Violence against Korean tourist

The tourist from South Korea fell the victim of police violence in the context of  Operation “Xenios Zeus” [ police detains illegal migrants, takes them to detention centres and expels them from the country]
• Police officers (one wearing t-shirt with “Police” sign and on in civilian clothes) controlled the Korean tourist. When he asked their IDs. one policeman punched him in the face. When the tourist screamed for help, two other policemen rushed to the spot and bate him with punches in the face, abdomen, flanks, they stepped on him so he would fall on the ground and handcuffed him. The violence continued also at the police station and the tourist could hear from the many beats. When police found out he was resident of Korea, they let him go. When he asked another officer where is the exit, he told him ”Korean, go back to your home country.”

These are only some of the incidents against foreigners during the last months.(more cases Ethnos)

Minister of public order and citizen protection, Nikos Dendias, wants to even expel from the Greek police those officers involved in the violent racist incidents if the investigation results prove against them.

Dendias plans include also a reconstruction of police in order to combat police violence and abuse of office.

There were often reports in international and national media that Greek police was colluding with the fascist Golden Dawn.

Uprising in Komotini detention center

Following the events of last Sunday in Corinth detention centre, today the detainees of Komotini started an uprising. Left.gr reported that gun shots have been heard from within the prison and smoke was seen. A solidarity demonstration was held outside the detention center this afternoon, while extra police forces arrived to “control” the situation.

The new mass detention centres in Corinth, Komotini, Xanthi, amigdaleza and Drama are hosting huge numbers of detainees (200-800) under miserable conditions. Only last month the detainees heard of the new law extending detention periods. Desperate and without any information on the period they will have to survive there they have started protesting first in Corinth and now in Komotini.

Hunger strike of migrant detainees in Mytilini and racist attacks against homeless newcomers

On Tuesday November 20 some of the migrants detained in Mytilini police station for undocumented entry into Greece through the Turkish border started a hunger strike in order to protest against the humiliating detention conditions and the long detention periods. They struggle for freedom. It is not known how many of them continue the struggle and if some have been already released or not.

Arrivals of migrants have started again this summer, fastly exceeding the capacities of detention cells in the local police stations of the island. Due to the general order “to keep them as long as possible in detention” overcrowdedness amongst others has been reported throughout the four months to worsen the detention conditions.

The local authorities even decided in many cases not to arrest the undocumented newcomers, due to lacking space. Therefore a steady number of sans-papiers is trying to survive outside, homeless in the parks and streets without any protection from the worsening weather conditions.

Yesterday more than 25 newly arrived migrants – among them two pregnant women and two small children – slept in the port o Mytilini. One of the two pregnant women had to be transferred to the hospital in a bad health condition. Also the second woman was taken to hospital today. It was impossible to embark on the ferry boat to Athens for the 25 sans-papiers since they lacked registration documents.

The homeless migrants reported that they had been attacked with stones last night. A car arrived late in the night, it stopped and the passengers exited it in order to throw with stones on the exhausted migrants. One of the pregnant women got injured on her head following this racist attack.

This night, the migrants remain in fear again at the same place, since they lack any other alternative.

دروغ و قراردادهای شرم آور علیه پناهجویان دستاورد جماهیر انوری وزیر حکومت مافیایی کرزی

پناهجویان، مهاجرت، آوارگی و جنایت کوچ اجباری
کابل پرس: سفرهای رسمی جماهیر انوری وزیر امور مهاجرین حکومت مافیایی حامد کرزی به خارج از افغانستان نه تنها هیچ منفعتی برای پناهجویان و پناهندگان افغانستانی نداشته بلکه همیشه مصیبتی را برای آنان به همراه داشته است. او اخیرا سفری به کشور سویدن داشته است تا ضمن دیدارهای شخصی با مقامات اداره مهاجرت این کشور دیدار داشته باشد.

یونان

تقریبا در تمام سفرهای رسمی جماهیر انوری، او نه تنها هیچ کمکی به پناهجویان نکرده، بلکه با بستن قراردادهای شرم آور به نیابت حکومت قبیله ای طالبانی کرزی، پناهجویان را در سرگردانی قرار داده و حتا بسیاری از آنان با پاسخ منفی اداره مهاجرت کشورهای مختلف در آستانه ی اخراج قرار گرفته اند.

در 17 جنوری سال 2011 میلادی جماهیر انوری با سفر به کشور استرالیا، قرارداد شرم آوری را به امضا رساند که بر اساس آن دولت استرالیا حق خواهد داشت، پناهجویانی را که پاسخ منفی دریافت می کنند، به جبر به افغانستان برگرداند. جماهیر انوری و مقامات وزارت مهاجرین حکومت مافیایی کرزی بصورت بی شرمانه ای در برابر انتقادات رسانه ها و افکار عمومی، بستن چنین قراردادی را ابتدا انکار کرده و سپس گفته بودند که به دلیل مشکل در ندانستن زبان انگلیسی، از متن قرارداد امضا شده بی اطلاع اند. همین مساله به تنهایی کافی ست که دانسته شود جماهیر انوری وزیر بی کفایتی ست که بدون دانستن از محتوای قراردادی، آن را امضا کند.
این قرارداد شرم آور باعث شده است که دولت استرالیا فشار سخت و سنگینی را در دو سال گذشته به هزاران تن از پناهجویان وارد کند. هزاران پناهجوی افغانستانی اکنون بدون سرنوشت در زندان های پناهندگان بسر می برند و حکومت استرالیا از چندی پیش نیز انتقال آنان را به برخی از کشورهای جزیره ای اطراف آغاز کرده است. همین قرارداد باعث شده که علی رغم شواهد انکار ناپذیر در صلاحیت پناهندگی شهروندان افغانستانی، آنان به بهانه های مختلف از سوی اداره مهاجرت استرالیا پاسخ منفی دریافت کنند.
در ماه نوامبر سال 2011 میلادی، جماهیر انوری با سفر به کشور ناروی، قرارداد شرم آور دیگری را با اداره ی مهاجرت این کشور به امضا رساند که بر طبق آن، راه برای اخراج کودکان پناهجو به افغانستان باز می شود. از ماه نوامبر سال 2011 وضعیت رسیدگی به دوسیه های پناهجویان افغانستانی به شدت بدتر شده و هزاران تن نیز پاسخ منفی دریافت کرده اند. همین قرارداد شرم آور باعث شده است که کشورهای مختلف از جمله ناروی، دانمارک، انگستان و سویدن طرح ضد حقوق بشری احداث کمپ هایی برای پناهجویان کودک در کابل را روی دست بگیرند. وضعیت پناهجویان در تمام کشورها بويژه کشورهایی که وزیر حکومت مافیایی کرزی به آن پای گذاشته به شدت نگران کننده شده است. در دانمارک هزاران تن بدون سرنوشت بوده و یا پاسخ منفی دریافت کرده اند. در کشور سویدن و انگلستان نیز به همین شکل و دروغ های وزیر مهاجرت جماهیر انوری و سایر مقامات عالی رتبه حکومت مافیایی کرزی درباره افغانستان، شرایط مخالفت به درخواست های پناهندگی را هموار کرده و هزاران تن را نیز در معرض خطر قرار داده است.
در همین حال فعالان حقوق بشر استرالیایی و نروژی به کابل پرس می گویند این قراردادهای شرم آور باعث شده که مبارزه ی آنان برای دفاع از حقوق پناهجویان افغانستانی بسیار سخت تر از پیش شود.

یونان

از سوی دیگر فعالان حقوق پناهجویان می گویند جماهیر انوری در سفرهای خود بیشتر به تفریح و خوشگذرانی می پردازد. بصیر آهنگ فعال حقوق پناهجویان می گوید جماهیر انوری در سفرهای خود به کشورهای ترکیه، یونان، ایتالیا و فنلاند تنها وضعیت پناهجویان را بدتر کرده است و به هیچیک از وعده های خود برای این پناهجویان عمل نکرده است. او می گوید همین اکنون هزاران تن از پناهجویان افغانستانی در یونان در وضعیت بسیار ضد انسانی بسر می برند، یا زندانی هستند و زیر شکنجه می باشند و یا در خیایان های آتن و سایر شهرها طعمه ی گروه های فاشیست می شوند. بصیر آهنگ تاکید می کند که جماهیر انوری در رسانه های داخلی افغانستانی دروغ هایی می گوید که با واقعیت ها هیچ همخوان نیست. همین اکنون ده ها پناهجوی افغانستانی در دو زندان یونان در شهرهای کورنتوس و کسانتی در اعتصاب غذا بسر می برند. یک جوان 17 ساله در زندان کسانتی با خوردن خورده شیشه دست به خودکشی زده بود که به شفاخانه منتقل شده و پس از درمان دوباره به زندان بازگردانده شد.

Εξέγερση στο κέντρο κράτησης μεταναστών στην Κομοτηνή- αστυνομικοί κατευθύνονται στο στρατόπεδο

Πριν από λίγο η αστυνομική διεύθυνση Κομοτηνής επιβεβαίωσε στο βουλευτή του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ Αϊχάν Καρά Γιουσούφ πως οι μετανάστες που βρίσκονται στο κέντρο κράτησης της πόλης προχώρησαν σε εξέγερση.

Ήδη αστυνομικές δυνάμεις κατευθύνονται προς το στρατόπεδο που στεγάζεται το κέντρο κράτησης. Στο στρατόπεδο κατευθύνονται ακόμα ο βουλευτής Αϊχάν Καρά Γιουσούφ και ο περιφερειακός σύμβουλος του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ, Τάκης Χαρίτος.

Σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες, ακούστηκαν πυροβολισμοί μέσα από το στρατόπεδο και φαίνεται να βγαίνουν καπνοί. Φήμες θέλουν τραυματισμένο αστυνομικό, χωρίς όμως αυτό να επιβεβαιώνεται προς το παρόν.

Πέταξαν πέτρες σε έγκυο πρόσφυγα στη Μυτιλήνη

Την Τρίτη το βράδυ, στην Μυτιλήνη, μετανάστες από το Αφγανιστάν και την Ερυθραία, που βρίσκονταν στο λιμάνι του νησιού, δέχθηκαν επίθεση με πέτρες από ομάδα ατόμων, που τους προσέγγισε με αυτοκίνητο. Από την επίθεση τραυματίστηκε στο κεφάλι μια έγκυος γυναίκα. Μιλώντας στο tvxs.gr, η Ιωάννα Κοτσιώνη, των Γιατρών Χωρίς Σύνορα, δήλωσε ότι «πρέπει να βρεθεί άμεσα λύση πριν ο καιρός γίνει χειρότερος». Την ίδια στιγμή, στην Λέσβο, οι κρατούμενοι μετανάστες προέβησαν σε απεργία πείνας, ενώ οι αστυνομικοί διαμαρτύρονται για τηναδυναμία που αντιμετωπίζουν στην κράτηση των μεταναστών.Ρεπορτάζ: Νίκος Μίχος
Η επίθεση
 
Η ομάδα των Αφγανών μεταναστών αποτελούνταν από 26 άτομα, ανάμεσά στους οποίους συγκαταλέγονταν και τρεις οικογένειες με μικρά παιδιά και δυο έγκυες γυναίκες. Φτάνοντας στη Μυτιλήνη, προσήλθαν στο αστυνομικό τμήμα για να καταγραφούν και συνεπώς να κινηθούν οι νόμιμες διαδικασίες για την παραμονή τους στην χώρα.
 
Σύμφωνα με τον τοπικό Τύπο, όμως, η Αστυνομία δεν τους κατέγραψε αλλά τους μετέφερε στο λιμάνι του νησιού. Ύστερα από παρεμβάσεις των τοπικών οργανώσεων και την συνδρομή μελών των Γιατρών Χωρίς Σύνορα, η μια από τις δυο έγκυες μεταφέρθηκε στο νοσοκομείο, εξαιτίας της κατάστασης της υγείας της.
 
«Πρόκειται για μια γυναίκα από την Ερυθραία, 8 μηνών έγκυο, με πολύ χαμηλό αιματοκρίτη, όπου υποβλήθηκε σε μετάγγιση αίματος και νοσηλεύεται ακόμη», δηλώνει στο tvxs.gr, η Ιωάννα Κοτσιώνη, των Γιατρών Χωρίς Σύνορα.
 
Αργά το βράδυ της Τρίτης, οι μετανάστες που παρέμειναν στο λιμάνι δέχθηκαν επίθεση με πέτρες από ομάδα αγνώστων που προσέγγισε την περιοχή με αυτοκίνητο.
Από τις πέτρες τραυματίστηκε στο μέτωπο και η δεύτερη έγκυος γυναίκα, η οποία δέχτηκε βοήθεια από τους γύρω της, και το πρωί της Τετάρτης μεταφέρθηκε στο νοσοκομείο.
 
«Ευτυχώς τραυματίστηκε ελαφρά. Δεν ήθελε να παραμείνει στο νοσοκομείο, όσο και αν την πίεσαν οι γιατροί για την ασφάλεια της υγείας της, καθώς ήθελε να επιστρέψει στους δικούς της», δηλώνει η κα Κοτσιώνη. 
 
«Ο δήμος ανακοίνωσε ότι για σήμερα τουλάχιστον θα μείνουν οι άνθρωποι αυτοί στο κολυμβητήριο. Αλλά πρέπει να βρεθεί άμεσα λύση γιατί και ο καιρός πια γίνεται όλο και χειρότερος. Έρχονται διαρκώς οικογένειες με παιδιά από την Συρία και το Αφγανιστάν που είτε καταλήγουν στα κρατητήρια της Αστυνομίας είτε στον δρόμο. Δεν υπάρχει μια στοιχειώδης οργάνωση για την υποδοχή τους. Γίνονται προσπάθειες από την τοπική κοινωνία και εμείς συμβάλουμε όσο μπορούμε περισσότερο. Αν μη τι άλλο πρέπει να ενεργοποιηθεί η δυνατότητα των κέντρων υποδοχής που προβλέπεται από τον νόμο 3907», συμπληρώνει η ίδια δίνοντας μια ευρύτερη εικόνα της κατάστασης.
 
Όπως γράφει το aplotaria.gr, «στην Μυτιλήνη δεν υπάρχει αυτή την στιγμή κάποιο ΚΕΠΥ ή άλλος οργανωμένος χώρος κράτησης και οι συλληφθέντες κατά τους τελευταίους μήνες κρατούνται σε άθλιες συνθήκες στα  κατά τόπο κρατητήρια του νησιού και σε container του Λιμεναρχείου . Είναι επίσης δεδομένο ότι οι Αρχές δεν επιθυμούν να επιληφθούν του ζητήματος, ως οφείλουν, ενώ το πρόβλημα επιτείνεται καθώς, ως φαίνεται, εφαρμόζεται η πρακτική της μακρόχρονης κράτησης σε ακατάλληλους χώρους και σε απάνθρωπες συνθήκες.
 
Οι κρατούμενοι είναι στοιβαγμένοι σε  θαλάμους κρατητηρίων, δεν προαυλίζονται ποτέ και δεν υπάρχει επαρκής πρόνοια για καθαριότητα. Υπάρχουν σοβαρές ελλείψεις σε είδη πρώτης ανάγκης και προσωπικής υγιεινής (σαπούνι, σαμπουάν, χαρτί τουαλέτας, καθαριστικά) ενώ έχουν γίνει αναφορές ακόμη και για ανήλικα που κρατούνται σε container στο χώρο του λιμεναρχείου Μυτιλήνης εδώ και τρεις εβδομάδες , η σίτιση των οποίων γίνεται από την Εκκλησία».
 
«Οι υποδομές έχουν γεμίσει, ενώ η εισροή μεταναστών αυξάνεται διαρκώς. Το αποτέλεσμα είναι οι άνθρωποι να επιβιώνουν υπό άθλιες συνθήκες και να κοιμούνται σε λιμάνια, παγκάκια, πάρκα και λοιπά», δηλώνουν στο tvxs.gr εργαζόμενοι στον τοπικό Τύπο.
 
Απεργία πείνας στην Λέσβο
 
Οι κρατούμενοι πρόσφυγες στην Λέσβο, επίσης την Τρίτη, πραγματοποίησαν απεργία πείνας διαμαρτυρόμενοι για τις συνθήκες κράτησής τους ζητώντας τηναπελευθέρωσή τους.
 
«Δεν μπορούμε να τους κρατούμε»
 
Οι αστυνομικοί της Λέσβου διαψεύδουν την απεργία πείνας των κρατουμένων, διαμαρτύρονται, όμως, καθώς, όπως επισημαίνουν υπάρχει μεγάλη αδυναμία κράτησης των μεταναστών στα κρατητήρια. «Το προσωπικό είναι λίγο και οι κρατούμενοι πολλοί. Επίσης, και η δυνατότητα ιατροφαρμακευτικής περίθαλψης είναι περιορισμένη. Το πρόβλημα είναι τεράστιο», δηλώνουν στο tvxs.gr από το Α.Τ. Λέσβου.
