Isaf Vehicle Stoned for Killing Afghan Woman

An Isaf vehicle on Wednesday killed one Afghan woman and wounded another woman with a chid as they were crossing a road in the Afghan capital Kabul, Police said
The incident took place around noon in Dar-ul-Aman road in the west of Kabul city.
People in the area got furious and threw stones at Isaf cars.
"Two women and a child were crossing the road when they were hit by an Isaf vehicle," Kabul Police said in a statement.
The Isaf vehicle has stopped near Camp Julien and police investigation has started, the statement added.
Isaf has also released a statement saying that one of its vehicles accidentally struck the civilians.
Witnesses said the first Isaf car prevented them from crossing the road, but the second vehicle hit them.
They said outraged people had stopped the Isaf vehicles but after Afghan police arrived the vehicles left the site of the incident.
"I think foreign forces mistook them for suicide attackers. The first vehicle tried to stop them, but the second one hit them," a person in the site of the incident told TOLOnews.
Police have cordoned off the area..
Kabul city has often witnessed similar car accidents before and the foreign forces have been criticised for not observing traffic rules.
